Nest and Bloom Rental Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before booking:

Deposits:
A $100 deposit is required to reserve your date and time.

This deposit goes toward your total balance.

If you do not hear from us within a few days of submitting your form, please reach out to us so we can confirm your spot!

Cancellations:
• Cancellations made 14 or more days before your event may be rescheduled once within 60 days of the original event date, subject to availability. Your deposit will transfer to the new date.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will forfeit the $100 deposit.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will be responsible for 50% of the full package total.
• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the event will be charged the full package amount.

Rescheduling:
You may request one reschedule free of charge if it’s 14+ days before your event. Additional changes may result in a $25 rescheduling fee.

Weather or Emergencies:
In the event of severe weather, natural disaster, or an emergency that forces Nest and Bloom to cancel your reservation, we will refund your deposit or offer a full reschedule without penalty.
